Interesting.
So, sans foreign negotiations, how might KAG arrive in a US Court in order to have proper paperwork assigned for his more proper deportation?

CNN posted a poll this week showing 56% of their viewers want ALL illegals deported. ALL ILLEGALS. Even the “Maryland fathers”.

This MS-13/TDA immigration issue is drowning them, but as evidenced by SFPs clownish behavior in this thread, it’s a hill they are willing to die on.

He expects us to send the marines into El Salvador to raid the prison he’s being held in and extradite him back to the US in violation of El Salvadoran law because Lord Boasberg is apparently the last word in global legal authority.

I think it’s pretty clear he lied in his asylum claim. Going back to El Salvador never meant rival gangs would harm him. It meant he’d go to prison for his own gang activity.

If the admin continues down this path, "Trump is violating court orders" will become a reality and will have a bad impact on him.

That's not the court's problem (or purview).

The courts are not bound to provide the admin with the path to fix their illegality, nor is it often appropriate to do so. The admin is still mandated to comply, however they choose to do so (foreign diplomacy or otherwise)

That's the problem in this ruse strategy the admin is undertaking. They forgot courts can order something without having to get into the details of the means towards the end. In fact, the means is the very issue of separation of powers.

Basically they're telling the admin "you broke it, so you've bought it" but not telling them if that has to be via cash, credit, check, or money order. THAT is for the admin to decide (as is their right)
