Not as a matter of course.
But I believe in truth more than procedure.

Then you incentivize the state to act illegally against citizens to erode their rights. As I said, this opens up quite the ethical analysis of your position.

This thug is a citizen in your eyes. Not surprised.

No. I don’t incentivize the state.
Prosecute LEO who lie in court. Prosecute LEO who falsify records.
Prosecute LEO who obtain evidence illegally.
Not sure we do any of that all that much.

If the administration wants to act illegally prior to "foreign affairs" having a role, that illegality can still be addressed by courts.
The ruse of hiding behind "foreign affairs" or "national security" can still be addressed at the above inflection point, especially if it's determined that a scheme to shield this illegality was concocted prior to execution of that scheme (which would be long before "foreign affairs" or "national security" would have a role).

"The state" is much larger than LEO, especially in terms of prosecutorial authority.

That was a civil case. Not applicable to the discussion.

Total fake news. 100% was deported legally & on purpose. He’s not a US citizen, not here with legal permission at all.
Tell that to SFP, who has alluded to believing that this illegal criminal has Constitutional Rights.

They don't have to do that. That's the point.

The Supreme Court just confirmed 9-0 that he does
Illegal aliens have the Constutional right of Due Process.

A civil case is not an action of the state. It's one private party against another

Naw.
They intentionally used language to avoid this argument
