I think it’s pretty clear he lied in his asylum claim. Going back to El Salvador never meant rival gangs would harm him. It meant he’d go to prison for his own gang activity.
The admin can litigate this once they bring him back, and then deport him.
Nobody is arguing otherwise.

So prosecute the judges?
No. They have no role in that paradigm as they don't participate in the prosecutorial decisions or have prosecutorial authority.

Wish in one hand and I’ll shite in the other. The people clearly are numb to the institutional arm of the anti Trump agenda. They elected him in spite of it.
They know this is political.

That’s not what I would call the administration.
Probably an ICE holdover too.
A fraternity brother of mine was Border Patrol. They type of crazy you want out there.
He got out during the Obama years exactly why you think he did.

How are they going to bring him back? You gonna bust him out?

I don't know if you've seen polling lately but a lot of that support has eroded.
This is one of those things I tell you MAGA baws and you laugh, and then when it comes true you melt in one of two non-exclusive ways:
1. Claim the results are fraud
2. Claim the country is lost because there are so many stupid people who don't agree with you.

That's up to the Trump admin to decide. It matters not to me (or the courts, as long as it's not more illegality)

Judges make rulings and judgements on the prosecuted cases.
They are the settler of the dispute.
How do they not have a "role"?
For instance, multiple judges said this guy can be deported.

The courts are not bound to provide the admin with the path to fix their illegality, nor is it often appropriate to do so.

Really? I think the sovereign government of El Salvador might disagree.

The "Mar-a-Lago is only worth $18M" case, was brought by the New York Attorney General Letitia James and the STATE of NY.

If the admin continues down this path, "Trump is violating court orders" will become a reality and will have a bad impact on him.

I said it was a bad ruling that would almost assuredly be overturned on appeal
