Judging by the amount of time the word “unconstitutional” is thrown out around here, it’s clear very few of you have ever read the Constitution and prior Supreme Court cases. Precedence for these kind of things have already been set.

I would think any educated and politically intelligent person can see how ignorant the average American is. Are you really arguing that my statement is wrong? I didn’t say every American. I said America society as a whole. You disagree? Show me some examples of American society as a whole being educated and intelligent especially in matters of constitutional understanding and history of oppressive government.

Ok when does JBE wanna move from keyboard warrior to real enforcement? Does he really want to try these people and those that support them? Dont misinterpret this. I dont condone violence of any type and I personally wont be violent but we are approaching a tipping point for some people from what I’ve read and discussed with some folks. I hope it never comes to that.
