Teke, I believe thats the number one reason EVs have not taken over. Heck my wife is paranoid as hell if the tank gets below half full.
The ones touting the EV mantra live 10 minutes from work and never consider the vast majority of people dont.
Its the same people who scream about recycling.....yet wont even take their grocery cart back to the front of the store after loading their car

GM is a shite company that covered up an incident involving one of their robotaxis in October. It sucks for the workers but this has nothing to do with the overall health of the economy.
Those were separate layoffs. Over 2,000 there. This thread has nothing to do with the robotaxi ops.

That's going to hit more than just Michigan. The Chevy factory in Bowling Green, KY, focused on Camaro production.
ETA: I'm dumb and was thinking of the corvette not the camaro so ignore this post.
