As you have pointed out, the FBI has a long history of using CIs to abuse their positions that goes back decades before the Jan 6 setup.

There is nothing proveable and the evidence on hand suggests that the people who were arrested and charged operated knowing exactly what they were doing.
Are you suggesting these people were so weak as to be easily influenced. They had no agency in the matter. Apologists for that day never seem to want to answer that question.
