Why would one have to justify the actions of a bunch of idiot rioters this past summer to condemn a different group of idiots that half heartily tried to over throw the gov?

If you didn’t condemn the protests of this summer contemporaneously, don’t bother trying to justify your position now that you want to condemn another protest.

Do you condemn the violent actions of Antifa and BLM? The burning of numerous cars and buildings, the murders, the lawless zones they tried to establish, the attempted seige of courthouses and law enforcement buildings?
I 100% do not support the storming of the Capitol and attempted entry of the chambers.
However the point I and many people are making is that what is being stated publicly about the Jan 6th Trump protest does not mesh with what was being stated publicly about the riots over the summer.
Surely you see this? Antifa and BLM are called "Peaceful protestors" even when they broke into a historic church in DC and set it on fire.

He eventually did pass last night. He was on life support when they made the premature announcement. And they were evidently just waiting for family to arrive.
