Why is that any worse than attacking regular people and putting their lives or livelihoods at risk? The Capitol is paid for by us, the Government is put in power by us. They aren't special. I loved seeing them scared, maybe it will wake them up to the fact they aren't any better than the rest of us

I was going to say the exact same thing. The capitol is a place of business no more special than the thousands of mom and pop stores that got looted during summer protests. The capitol is no better than them and it is OUR building, not theirs. They need to get over that

On who’s hands. And you don’t know what literal means.

Lol. I saw one video where the people who got in were just following the velvet rope path like they were on a tour.

Nope, not even close.

2 rednecks fighting at a Bama game is not the same thing.

Brawls with multiple people taken to the hospital. But sure, you know my history, so I guess I’m wrong.

That anybody can selectively piece together clips/photos to support a narrative.

That the “a few people waltzed in and took some selfies” narrative is, at best, flawed.

That the incompetence of Capitol Police and DC Metro Police leadership does not absolve the protesters. Just like the way some police forces surrendered over the summer doesn’t absolve the BLM protesters.

That maybe, just maybe, there actually was some wrongdoing on the part of the protesters in forcing the Vice President and Congress to evacuate.

Did anyone die during this Tuff man contest?

Did it even make the news?

Don’t think so. I’m not talking about the PR or legal implications. I’m merely stating that I was more fearful for my safety during those altercations than I would’ve been at the Capitol. To hear it described the way the MSM does is laughable.

Who gives a shite? They need their feet held to the fire from time to time and to be reminded exactly who they work for. Just like AOC said this summer, protests are supposed to be uncomfortable that's the point

100% agree.

The Capitol should never have been stormed. I hope they arrest all law breakers.

I hope you showed just as much resolve in your position over the summer while cities, courthouses, and business burned.

Do you think Antifa/BLM should be given a pass as "Mostly Peaceful Protestors" while at the same time calling Trump supporters in DC Terrorist's and Insurrectionists?

Didn't liberals breach congressional offices during the Kavanaugh BS?

I wish this were true, but it's not. Congress needs to be gifted a whole new respect/fear for/of the people they're supposed to be representing.
