It was fairly mild compare to historical events like behesdings on europe, dragging people through the streets in Africa and the Middle East, torture in Asia.

Good news for you. Conservatives aren't organized enough to have legal funds pre-emptively setup to bail them out on plausible deniabilty because they weren't wearing masks.
