if we beat bama I can guarantee we will storm the field, so I would either accept that LSU fans are excited for big wins and like to have fun or pick a new hobby. ...

What a great day of football

We win a pretty convincing game against a good arky team. Alabama loses, Finally UT is brought back to reality. ...

re: So is Nuss the best QB in the SEC??

Posted by Srobi14 on 10/19/24 at 10:56 pm
You know I thought it was ridiculous people saying he was he best in SEC earlier in the season but yeah, I think he might be . Who would you rather take? Ewers and that whole texas squad is over-rated, I think I would roll on the nuss bus...
Playing conservative with the lead
Thats nice if you can play defense, and line it up and run it but we cant stop that QB or run it. They need to be way more aggressive. ...
Anderson dropped a perfect throw from Nuss for a TD in the back of the endzone.
That was actually an extremely tough catch, I actually like anderson , in general he's our most dependable wr IMO....

seems like they were content with the 9 point lead going into the half and didnt want to push. ...

Lacy drops too many passes

Posted by Srobi14 on 10/19/24 at 7:40 pm
He makes some plays and has the body type of an LSU wr but still hasnt grown past a good la tech player mentality IMO. I would put green in his spot . ...

re: How poorly coached is this team?

Posted by Srobi14 on 10/19/24 at 7:21 pm
Honestly they they look like a pretty well coached team. For some reason they just have the false start bug, thats more of an individual mistake. ...
pretty sure he wanted him to hit mason taylor on that 3rd down, he released off his block and didnt have anyone 20 yards around him but he threw that really risky throw really 2 throws in a row that were ill advised. ...
I actually agree we could mix in some plays out of the i, some runs and playaction but still run 60-70 percent or so out of the gun. Most NFL teams still run it because it gives an advantage in the run game. ...
That’s not what it’s about. There are only about 20 programs that generate the majority of the revenue in the sport.
No that’s not what it’s about. It’s about large broadcasting networks fighting over regional market shares. The long term sustainability of the sport will always tak...
I think he is good enough for an LSU offer
Yeah, I haven’t seen him play in person but I’ve followed recruiting for a while and generally when a kid has this much talk about him on the message boards he usually ends up being good more times than not. Just for that alone and the ...

re: SEC Championship Game Tiebreaker

Honestly the SEC is too big now with too many good teams and probably should be split up. I think everyone would be happier if we just got rid of the big 12 guys and went back to 5 major conferences, SEC, Big 10,Big 12 and PAC 10 and ACC. 2 Super Conferences because the other 3 had years of irrelev...
Would much rather Oregon then Texas or Bama but it’s going to be tough to pull him away from LSU in the end IMO....

re: Rebel Meltdown

Did they really think they were going to win a national championship with one recruiting class lol? If you look at their players (size /athleticism ) they were still ole miss and we are still LSU. Lsu winning that game shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone. ...

re: Jayden Daniels vs Lamar Jackson

Posted by Srobi14 on 10/13/24 at 1:41 pm
Yeah, Lamar looks like he has a much better team around him, jaden is going to have to go off to win this game imo. ...
You know wins and loses dont really have the effect on recruits you would think, at least that is what I"ve seen. That said he's obviously an LSU lock now. ...
Playoffs? We talking about playoffs. Let’s look at the hogs. They are nasty. It will be a dog fight.
Foreal, I honestly think we can win every game left on our schedule but I also think we could drop any game / multiple games as well. We have a good team, not a dominate team, if th...
