its the first game of the season with two pretty unkown teams with some decent talent and high expectations. I think its just as likely they beat the brakes off us as we them.

Driving to Omaha and just saw a bear standing on the side of the road. Jared jones must be loose. Not sure how to post a pic here but if anyone can tell me I’d be glad to show everyone

This is the sort of message you should send to your mom, she would be happy just to hear from you. Us on the TD message board on the other hand...
I don’t see them being able to enforce those rules. The NCAA already is toothless imagine them trying to prove some team went over their salary cap. College athletics is a mess and I don’t see how it’s going to be fixed.

Or someone can just get up and ask him to stop whistling and if necessary explain how lame and obnoxious his behavior is.

Agree here, it’s more he hasn’t had a good enough teams to win consistently against really tough opponents. Granted that’s on him with recruiting and devolvement but if he gets a 2011 or 19 roster he’s winning some games.
I don’t think we have a national title roster but 10 wins to me seems very doable. Remember the expectations we had with Miles, feels a little crazy now.

Yeah after the UCLA opener in LA I vowed never to travel to a season opener again but I’m glad some of you still do.

And you gotta think with spears, Cooley, a healthy Gilbert, toviano or cooley - we have enough here at this spot to be competitive.

Haulcy looks like a SS replacement for Burns. He also looks like a Houston player to me athletically at least on that short highlight film. So we shall see how his skills translate to the SEC. Obviously hope the dude balls out.
For me it’s anything discussing will Wade, positive or negative really.
Idk, when has lsu ended the regular season outside the top 10 and been a legitimate contender?lsu has always had one of the toughest schedules nationally.I personally don’t think it’s that big of a deal, if they are good they should win some big games and at least make a top 10 playoff spot, if they can’t do that they should be there IMO.
Or he is going to play like he plays, more likely he will have a small improvement win some games but also lose us some. It’s not very likely he will turn into burrow over the offseason or learn how to run a 4.3 either.

Hardly. I read several dozen posts about Freeman vs. Kelly before I posted anything here recently.

Yeah started by some other ND idiot. I don’t know how else to say it but we don’t care about ND, or the big 10 or really any school not in the SEC ( and even then, for the other SEC fans there’s a separate board for those asshats because we don’t want them on here). Go cry on your leprechaun board with your compatriots and take some solace in the fact that you weren’t blown out as bad as most thought you would be.

Umm wristbands, did you ever go to college?
is he any good? Is there anticipation he may contribute in a meaningful way?
So you're saying LSU should have hired freeman instead of BK? I really dont care about Notre dame or Freeman or if you get blown out by OSU or not. GTFO of LSU message boards brah

re: Kelly pros and cons

Well he has never had a team with big time talent everywhere to win “big games” which are really just games against good teams, here or at ND. So I think the real discussion is, is that on him or not. At ND with no geographical recruiting base it was always argued that he was at a disadvantage, which I personally still adhere to regardless of this years results. At LSU it has been argued he took over a poor/depleted roster, however, after 3 recruiting cycles I think it can be argued if next years team looks like this years he is just a poor evaluator of talent. As he has for the most part it seems signed the recruits he has wanted, other recruiting factors play a much smaller role.
So for me if next year LSU looks like an lsu team athletically we are used to post 2000 I think the excuses used for him may be valid however if they continue on the trend of teams post 19 from an athletic and competitive point of view I think we are in need of a change.
Poor recruiting, evaluation, development and coaching.

Yeah I really thought they should have offered him, very little risk as they they aren’t going to completely use up all the roster spots anyways.
You think it’s near the top? I would say 23 was about the least athletic team I’ve seen since my freshman year in 05. No where near the talent levels of the miles and early O days IMO. 24 could be better but we lose some and gained some in the portal so I’m hopefull but not too optimistic.

Bra, how long have you been waiting for this guy to be brought up so you could relate how excited and impressed you were by his dick. Take this to the poly board or something.
