I wouldn't be surprised in the least if a couple of the pink wearing pro baby murder weirdo jurors were reporting everything going on in deliberations back to the defense lawyer, or someone who has access to the defense lawyer.

It's 11-1, not guilty. After a result like that there's not going to be a retrial.

Fair point. FWIW, as a trial court law clerk, the judge for whom I clerked and I would always meet with jurors in chambers right after trials were over.
After a few of those sessions, I realized that facts and law don't matter as much as likablity. I think a good lawyer can read that pretty accurately.

To sum this up drawn out all week...the jury was instructed...
-Not Guilty of a criminal offense, but remanded to an asylum/mental institution for life with parole
-Guilty- Life in prison
-Not Guilty Karen's give her the gofundme million to build a wheelchair ramp and have a wino Karen coven party

It wouldnt surprise me but all that was said is they weren't correctly applying reasonable doubt. Could be the last holdout is being unreasonable and thinks shes not-guilty by insanity and the defense attorney read the situation wrong and thinks he's winning. Guess we will see tomorrow morning

Just to play legal nerd, that was the standard most US jurisdictions took - including the federal rules - prior to early 1980s. John hinkley jr was the cause that reversed that. Sort of interesting, i think
