I think it's 11 guilty, and the principle of "guilty beyond a reasonable doubt" is the issue. She obviously did it. The lone juror is playing politics.

No
There'd be no reason for that from the defense's stand point.

The defense lawyer has said he does NOT want a mistrial. His client the baby killer, said she couldn't "endure it all again".

I just saw the prosecutor for the first time. No way this is a conviction.

It's utterly evil that 11 people just want to give this woman a free pass for the most evil crime you could ever possibly imagine.
God bless that man for standing firm and give him the courage and resolve to stay strong.

This is correct. There's no way they should know what's happening.

Based on the instruction to the judge that’s the only thing that makes sense

Was there any evidence suggesting she didn't kill the children?
I believe some of the believers in her will argue something about a timeframe that she didn't have the time to have committed the murders or something like that. Also, potentially her DNA wasn't on the cords used to murder the kids? maybe that part I am mistaken.

Which means there very well could be two men that may be saying not guilty. ...which is terrifying.

Did she not admit to killing them or did I miss something in this trial?

After a few of those sessions, I realized that facts and law don't matter as much as likablity. I think a good lawyer can read that pretty accurately.
I don't disagree there

She couldn’t have confessed to her husband. It’s physically impossible. He was the only person who ever heard her say she did it, until after the cops told her she did it.

Wrong.
Maybe her justice is in the form of paralysis since it’s appearing the jurors are brain dead.
Let’s hope they are decent people

If she can get off due to hormones then can men who rape, blame their hormones as an excuse?
Posted on 9/4/26 at 1:11 am to cajunangelle
If she gets off, it would be completely understandable for her husband to kill her.
