My question is she was backed up to the back of the corner of the car. As he passes by and walks past, she advances forward to the front of the vehicle.
She then is pursuing him. That's not standing your ground.
Even with him advancing, he's unarmed. That's clearly not self defense.

It's gonna be your people rioting when she goes to jail. All because this situation will be somehow compared to Caramel's case and the 7 million black defense attorneys on X and Facebook will deem it self defense.

I watched all the videos in this thread. Not one of them was unedited.
How long after he walked away did she get out of her car with the gun?
Tesla saves video in 20 minute clips. Was it 20 minutes later?
If I’m justified to hold a gun on someone (Florida law says you can threaten with a firearm to defend yourself. NC says you can’t brandish but can only shoot to defend yourself) and they walk towards me, forcing me to retreat, then leaves and comes back to try it again… well I don’t know.
Florida is known to take their time before charging people. I think it’s going to come down to what went down before she pulled the gun in the first place. (Which none of the videos I’ve seen have shown)
Two complete morons either way if you ask me.

I refuse to watch shooting videos like this, so I haven't seen it.
But if he still advanced on her while having a gun pointed at him, that certainly seems at least somewhat scary.
I'm not commenting on the legal side.
But I will say, I have seen a handful of "situations" in person in my life in which a white person DID NOT just casually back down from an aggressive black person...and the general reaction of the black person in those situations was to de-escalate out of fear. (Basically, "no tellin' what this crazy arse white boy might do", since they are so unused to seeing it.)
