Not excusing her guilty arse one iota, but that dumbass should have just kept on walking. There's no reason to engage with these people - especially one that is openly brandishing a weapon.

Aggressive would be with his hands up in a fighting position and running towards her like Michael Brown. His hands were at his side, and he walked towards her. He was a full car length away when she shot him.
She can stand her ground, but she can't shoot a guy for arguing with her. Maybe he verbally threatened her, but other than that, nothing suggests he was violent.

It's in the video. She gets out of the car with a phone in her left hand and the gun in her right hand. She's kind of concealing it at the side of her leg. She was looking for trouble.
