Aggressive would be with his hands up in a fighting position and running towards her like Michael Brown. His hands were at his side, and he walked towards her. He was a full car length away when she shot him.

It's in the video. She gets out of the car with a phone in her left hand and the gun in her right hand. She's kind of concealing it at the side of her leg. She was looking for trouble.
