Dude just got arrested for killing a guy in a road rage incident in St. Louis. Brake checked him and then pulled off the highway. When he got punched, he shot the guy.
Road rage is out of control. I have a gun on my person sometimes, sometimes not. Always have one in the car. Have never brandished it to anyone. Just 2 weeks ago had some punk in a souped up Subaru who apparently felt I didn’t yield the left lane quickly enough (was doing 80 in a 65) swerve his car within inches of mine as he passed. I let him go on about his day. Not going to jail for showing much less using a gun over some loser. Juice not worth the squeeze

Maybe he should have walked away like she told him, IDK. If I'm unarmed and someone is pointing a gun at me telling me to walk away I'm going to run away.
Of course he should have. He fricked around and found out.
That’s almost completely irrelevant to the legal discussion.

How can you call this an ambush? What a joke. She is standing there with her pistol and he aggressively comes at her. This is a clear stand your ground case and this woman should not face any criminal charges. She has NO duty to retreat and is exercising her 2A rights. Race has nothing to do with this and it would be a travesty for this woman to be prosecuted.
Jesus Christ are you really this moronic? What deadly threat was he exhibiting? What weapon was he carrying that would warrant deadly force? I can’t believe we let morons like this douche canoe actually vote!

On second look at the video as he was walking out of view of the camera she took steps towards the front of the car. If she truly felt threatened she should have taken the opportunity to leave the scene. This is her wanting to engage the situation. Unfortunately he should have called the police.

Absolutely. Mr. Miyagi was right...again.

At no point did the victim exhibit any action that would be “reasonably believed” to be deadly or great bodily harm? Not in those videos!

A person who uses or threatens to use deadly force in accordance with this subsection does not have a duty to retreat and has the right to stand his or her ground if the person using or threatening to use the deadly force is not engaged in a criminal activity and is in a place where he or she has a right to be.
The real issue is yes this could apply but she got out of the car with gun in hand and he was not in close proximity. At no point do you have the right to murder someone because of a verbal argument.

It will be interesting if this turns into another Karmello Anthony situation.

This is not SYG. She got to her car to get her gun, she should have stayed in the car and left the location.
It's murder.
It's murder.

No, this is actually more obvious. They have nothing to bitch about. This won't be a 35 year sentence. She's going away for the rest of her life.

Dumb arse move towards her on his part.
That stated, she should not have pulled the trigger.

Is that in one of the videos that was posted? I clicked on a couple in this thread, but haven't seen a video of her getting out the car.
