Florida should just rewrite the law and say you have to either be 18 or have 10 years of mental health evaluations and therapy before you can have this elective surgery.

Is it illegal to advocate for killing people? Legal question only.

When exactly is it medically appropriate to mutilate a child’s genitals?

I too would like to see the Constitutional argument.

If you believe in federalism, you must acknowledge that some things remain the province of the States, regardless of whether you agree with the approach that a given State might choose to take.

Remember when the Feds blocked Florida from distributing monoclonal antibodies to treat COVID? These two instances show the true danger of implementing socialized (aka centralized) medicine. It forces people to accept whatever treatment the Federal governmental bureaucracy deems appropriate, based mostly on science - political science.

You can ban them from getting a tattoo, or piercing their ears… but it’s totally cool to let them cut their t*ts or wieners off.

This is why the lunatics seek control of administrative bodies like the AMA, so they can help steer the courts.

Time for states to start ignoring obviously unconstitutional rulings from Marxist activist judges.

Correct.

I have argued the politically correct movement was step one in destroying this country. And it was fought with almost zero resistance

I bet I can find some hacktivist
Doctors to swear that breast implants are medically necessary for a 6 year old. Doesn't mean it's true.
