How can they take this bitch down before they take down everyone behind the plot? It's clearly a conspiracy case, and she didn't plant real bombs. They'll need to take down Pelosi and everyone else behind it at the same time otherwise their charges won't stick.

His discussion about J6 was not very encouraging. He made it sound as if the FBI had made real progress in punishing those who weaponized the government against patriots. He referred to the (doomed) prosecution of Comey as part of this.
Comey is only indicted for lying to Congress in 2020 for things that had nothing to do with J6. I think there's an 80% chance that THIS Comey case (maybe they have some unknown conspiracy case to try him on in the future?) will be dismissed with prejudice (meaning it can't be re-filed). Even if it makes it to trial, I see about a 5% chance that a Trump-hating jury in Yankee Virginia (vs real Virginia) will convict Comey.
As for his comments on the dummy device planter, I put the probability of conviction of anyone on those charges at less than 2%. As Podcaster Dan Bongino pointed out in January 2025, the FBI undoubtedly knows the identity of the person in the video. Whatever prevented the Trump DOJ from prosecuting her in February of 2025 still exists today...and will through the expiration of the statute of limitations on 1/6/26.
