Do you believe that a "Chinese guy" made Covid 19, P? Do you think that North Korean guys would pursue viral bio weaponry? Russia/Putin, if for nothing more than to understand and prepare for being muscled by those who do have such military advantage or dealing with an attack? Same with our Military; they'd be irresponsible if they didn't.
Do you remember the North Korean guy who escaped NK, and admitted that he had informed on his Mother and Sister for some minor government offense (food thing, I think) and that his family was slammed? He felt more allegiance to the 'Government' than his own family. Hell, when asked about his 'love' for family, the guy was baffled re the word/feeling 'love'. Truly was. That blew me away; I really thought that the feeling of Love was innate in the Human DNA. Navie me, I should have went to the history books.
