Serious question, which you will never answer.
How would convicting Trump of anything, you chose the crime, help, a) our country, and b) you as an individual?
You already got him out of office. He wields no power, yet you and the rest of the libs are so eat up with hate that you only care that he is destroyed. For what? So that you feel better?
What a sad existence of a life.

This is great news. Now let’s get everyone under oath and start the depositions!

There wasn’t a court that wanted to go down the rigged 2020 rabbit hole. Did you forget what the two most common statements from the courts were? No standing! Laches!

She actually paid Russian agents to lie so they can impeach a rightfully elected president.

"So, um … that's a crime," tweeted national security lawyer Bradley Moss.
If lying were a crime, every politician in DC would be serving a life-sentence.
As far as GA, when we have audit numbers on the Fulton County Test Center DVS tallies, let me know.

The Groomers are trying to spark a confrontation with America First patriots.
I wonder if it worries them that America First people aren't taking the bait. We know the Groomers want it to happen so they can say "see! see!" or declare martial law but what happens if Americans don't. They seem a bit desperate about the whole thing like they are running out of time.

Why is there a case in California about something in Georgia?
And how can you force a lawyer to disclose emails between himself and his client??????

quote:CelticDog, Dec 31 is ~4wks after Dec 4.quote:In a Dec. 4 filing in a Georgia court, lawyers working for Trump claimed Fulton County had tabulated over 10,000 votes from felons, unregistered voters, and dead people, according to Carter. The Georgia case, which was filed by the Trump campaign to decertify the state's results, was tossed out about a month later.
try liar under oath IN COURT.
Eastman, in an email dated Dec. 31 with Trump's lawyers, claimed Trump had "since been made aware that some of the allegations (and evidence proffered by the experts) has been inaccurate." Eastman raised concerns in the email that Trump signing a new verification in the matter "would not be accurate."
Hook, line, and sinker ... everytime ... no matter the source.
After the election, Trump knew he and America had been cheated. There was/is no question about that.
You don't get once-in-a-lifetime, identical, middle-of-the-night, massive vote swings in two states at once, much less FIVE, much less THE FIVE critical swing states. So the question wasn't and isn't whether there was cheating. There was, and it was on a massive scale. The question was how the perps did it.
Trump directed Barr to investigate. Barr said he would, but given the extremely short window between the election and state certification, he realized that there was not enough time to put the case together and bring it to court. He made the personal decision not to "risk" the national trauma of finding evidence of cheating, but finding it too late. Instead, he sat on his hands. He never directed any investigation of any location. E.g., Not even in Atlanta where DVS was allowed to run hundreds of thousands of unspoiled machine "test ballots" (aka counterfeit ballots) prior to the election, unobserved by overseers, and which were never audited.
So 2-3wks later in early Dec, without Barr's cooperation, Trump's team was forced to guess as to how the country was foisted. They did.
Four weeks subsequent, and his lawyers realized some of their early theories were disprovable. They also recognized others, such as the Fulton County Test Center BS had not been appreciated until it was too late to file, so they didn't. With an incomplete case, the thing was was dismissed.
The fact you or others would celebrate that is a travesty.
