He’s suggesting that he isn’t a “actual” Doctor because his field was Ophthalmology. I assume that Olbermann knows he is a doctor and is just being an a-hole as usual.

All doctors have been sued a lot, particularly surgeons as Paul is. My own Dad sued a doctor’s practice he likes because the lens they gave him after a cataract surgery made him incapable of driving at night. Surgeries affect people differently and it can frick with people differently.
