It may be the monkey thing. It may be food shortages. It may be EMP and civil unrest... but it's gonna happen before April 30, 2023.

Read only Page 2 if ur so TLDR you can't plan fo your family's sustainability. Thanks JBE!

Seems like a poor use of resources. Do I still get paid if there is no mass casualty event?

Big mistake found on last line of page 7:

All bids are to be paid in US Dollars... Should read "..in Chynah currency"

If I have the winning bid on this contract would that get me out of getting mass fatilitied seeing as I would need to be alive to remove the bodies?

To be honest, this sounds kinda S.O.P. to me. The contract is only for 1 state out of 50 and can be extended for an additional year from the time it is awarded. This service could be called into action in the aftermath of natural disasters, big wrecks on the Atchafalaya Basin bridge, or any number of things. I'm not taking the time to look, but I'd bet state governments do this type of bidding regularly.

How would they know in advance who is going to survive a mass casualty to be able to fullfill such a contract.

One man's normalcy is another man's freakout.

Let's say that you have a really nasty hurricane, with a need to handle 5000 dead bodies.

The chance that your contractor is one of those dead bodies is 0.02 of one percent (assuming Louisiana pop. of 26mm).

No, just means you would be one of the last to be killed.

well great, at least you have a date there so it can be 100% proved wrong when 70% of the population doesn't die in the next year. I'm sure you will make up some other reason why though.

Too bad we didn't have such a contract in place when Trump's tax cuts went through. Bodies were in the streets for months and made travel difficult.

They will needs to create a virus to kill everyone that did not get the shots . Most other options jus leave these scum with s as bunch of us . They don’t want to live in their bunker till they starve to death. Civil unrest and food shortages would hurt democrats a lot more.

Yes, Katrina demonstrated why this service may be necessary.

Only if every Louisianian who ever moved to Texas came back all of a sudden. It's about 1/5 of that. You got the big picture correct if not the details.
