The media has really owned people without conviction of late. Its amazing how they will not only agree that what we see isn't real, but they will agree with
"tOfficial repudiation."

If they wanted to do so, nothing short of an appeal after you're convicted would stop them. All they have to do is get a corrupt Democrat prosecutor in a major urban area to indict you under a left wing grand jury. An urban judge and jury is going to almost certainly be left wing lunatics that won't think twice about throwing you to the wolves. Then you'll have to sit in prison awaiting an appeal from a hopefully reasonable appellate court. Conservatives should have no reasonable expectation of justice if charged with a politically charged crime in a major urban area. The Democrats and their sycophants have thrown the rule of law out. They've chosen this tyrannical path and it will not end well.

He didn’t do anything? Really.

By his own admission he had his fists balled and yelled an explicative at a woman before a local sheriff tried to escort him out calmly and then he got handsy with the cops.

All those videos you said exist show him getting it on first with the cops and you defend that behavior. You see it with your own eyes.

The local cop was patient.

Zero FBI in the video.

Judge has refused to toss the case against Smith FOR inciting violence.

All of that in front of you, and this is the nonsense you’ll say.

For most of them the current living conditions is an upgrade. It seemed like every village in America was short one idiot that day.

Bootlickers love the taste of manly leather.

Funny thing is you soy boys dont draw back when the word "fascism" is thrown around so casually.

The Patriot act was the impetus. Bush republicans were as guilty.

I have not incited a bunch of rubes to Riot

Kept Top secret Docs even though politely asked to
bring them back

Sent a different bunch of rubes to select
"fake electors" in GA-and call them fake electors
in texts

No I'm good from the Dems

And you're moving goal posts. I didn't say they were arrested. I said the government engaged in intimidation by saying they'd go after parents, using the domestic terrorism laws they laid out in their memo. These are the same laws that allow them to hold J6 protesters indefinitely without formal charges.

Can you link this for me? The only memo I saw didn't mention that.

The thread is about the government arresting/indicting/jailing people for political reasons, which they have clearly done.

Just as bad, burying news sources and articles that affect elections.

Govt is limited "currently" on how severely they can mistreat citizens. Instead of direct gubment shenanigans, they use financial incentives to have corporations and non profits crush you.

They have tried extensively to put me in jail, in prison, bury me under concrete, several fires, in a plan crash, in over 80 "accidents".

Yep --- but I've got alligator blood

Still hanging on

... and you wonder WHY ...

You responded to a conversation not taking place. I know things get confusing in self-imposed isolation, but try and stay with me, buddy.

Time will tell. Chutkan certainly tossed the explicit threat out there.

Are you aware that there are many types of threats that are not protected by free speech?

Even with all of that, there’s zero evidence that there was a conspiracy by the administration or DOJ to lock parents up on false charges of domestic terrorism

So you moved the goalposts to “no one was locked up so there was no conspiracy”? They clearly used the legal system to harass people who’d committed no crime other than opposing the left’s agenda.

It’s pretty clear the Biden Regime was okay with the harassment because right after they huddled with the teachers union the DOJ sicked the fed bois on some of those parents. That no one was ultimately arrested isn’t evidence they weren’t planning on doing so, it’s most likely an indication that they were called on the carpet for it and stood down.

Real parents that actually care for their kids get a bit miffed if their daughter is raped and then are told that they are the bad guys.

Look, we get it. Your enemies are supposed to turn the other cheek over and over again. Like another poster said, you better hope you keep agreeing with them so it’s not you one day too.

This is so overblown. The DOJ gets complaints about a rise in threats, proposes to investigate said threats, finds nothing, shuts it down. Nobody from the DOJ labeled parents domestic terrorists.

The man who was arrested was done so by local law enforcement after a cop was trying to defuse a heated situation by escorting the guy outside. He was arrested after resisting and then fighting the cops.
