No one is going to put you in jail for talking shite about them. That’s not what Trump is accused of, and you’re going to have zero examples of violation of free speech leading to imprisonment.

People like you are the largest contributing factor towards the collapse of our constitutional republic.

The more this shite with Trump drags out, it’s kind of beginning to dawn on me that if I talk some serious shite about democrats, that they could probably throw me in jail. And then - who would defend me? Would the republicans defend me? I really don’t think they would at this point.

Are they seriously going to just let this shite happen? Where are our representatives in all this?

If you're waiting for you fellow Republicans to help you you're going to be waiting a long time

The vast majority would sit idly by and watch their neighbors, friends, and family get hauled off because they're not willing to risk their job, social standing, and "wealth"

They'll try to mask their cowardice as some sort of virtue by saying "I cAn'T dO aNyThiNg, I gOt wOrK tOmoRrOw" but they'll like a few Facebook statuses (so long as they're not too edgy, a potential client might see it and it would cost them money!). The vast majority of Republicans are cowards and will condemn the few that won't sit down keep quiet; they'll label them as some sort of trouble maker.

While not all, but a sizeable enough group of Democrats will show up outside the home of the judge, jurors, projectors etc and the Democrats that were too afraid to go (or just didn't feel like it) will support those that do.

The frick does this have to do with people who went a little mad on January 6, 2021?
Juxtapose that thought with Lafayette Park, and the penalties dealt out for it.

That didn’t happen, and Ron won’t have that opportunity.

Whataboutism isn't a very strong rhetoric device, despite its recent popularity.

Perfect example for why my statement above is true.

Congress and Lafayette Park are two VERY different locations with VERY different laws.

Wait, the same FBI who announced that they were reopening the Hillary email investigation 3 days before election day was also colluding with her campaign? That's some real 12d chess shite right there.

Have y'all ever stopped to think why more people haven't been prosecuted over memes and why it was just that guy? Could it possibly be because it wasn't just about a meme no matter how much you try to trivialize it?

It's just like most of their talking points. Kernal of truth with a mountain of ignorance or shite around it.

I'm sure there's a logical fallacy that applies to this "logic" directly. I just don't know the name of it.

Exact same arguments ITT trying to claim Trump was just speaking, when the indictments involve a LOT of other stuff which are the real backbones of the indictments (regardless of the chances of success on the merits). It's not about Trump's words/speech much at all.

Actually that is EXACTLY what it is.

No, it is not. Threatening to kill someone and target their families is not the exact same thing as someone talking shite. Not even close.

quote:

Meanwhile, tell the "not someone talking shite" business to Kavanaugh. Tell it to Scalise. Tell it to Lee Keltner. Tell it to Aaron Danielson.

The threats for Scalise weren’t overt or targeted. It was a guy who loved Bernie Sanders and couldn’t stand Republicans. That’s not the same thing as possibly seeing it coming.

quote:

Photos show Keltner slapped Dolloff in the face while holding a can of bear spray. Dolloff then drew a handgun he had concealed in his waistband and Keltner raised his bear spray. Dolloff shot Keltner as Keltner sprayed the bear repellant at Dolloff.

Play stupid fricking games.

What are you talking about with Danielson? Guy was in Portland when groups got mad and went at each other. There weren’t premeditated threats, he was in the wrong place, wrong time. And guess what:

quote:

Law enforcement officers fatally shot a man Thursday suspected of killing a backer of a right-wing group in Portland, Oregon, after a caravan of supporters of President Donald Trump rolled into the city last weekend, authorities say.

Michael Forest Reinoehl, 48, was killed in Olympia, Washington, near Lacey as a federal task force tried to arrest him Thursday night, the U.S. Marshals Service said.

You are conflating stuff that isn’t comparable at all just to purposely try to confuse.

quote:

Her failure to assimilate this case as being different than "any defendant in a criminal case," disposes her as judicially deranged. Her refusal to recuse establishes her as ill-equipped in judgement for the bench under any circumstances, and certainly in this case.

And if she recuses, who are you going to find that is impartial in this? Donald Trump isn’t above anyone, but he’s got a bully pulpit, that he uses every single day, to incite a radical following that she has legit reason to believe would act on Trump’s ramblings.

That's my point!

They found a law they could bend and stretch in order to cloak their actions under the 'justice' label.

There are thousands of laws out there ripe for abuse.

This woman openly threatened to murder a judge if Trump wasn’t re-elected.

It’s like some of you don’t understand that free speech has and always will come with…provisions.

One being you can’t threaten to kill judges.

To take up for someone as dumb as this lady is just willful ignorance. She’s an idiot and deserves to be called an idiot.

Her exact quote…

quote:

"You are in our sights, we want to kill you," Shry allegedly said. "Trump doesn't get elected in 2024, we are coming to kill you, so tread lightly, bitch."

Garland’s DOJ begged the teachers Union to write them a letter asking that parents who are concerned about safe schools be labeled “domestic extremists”. That same DOJ attempted to insert spies in the Catholic Church.

They didn't go searching to "find a law" in that situation. Anyone with half a brain can look at that meme and posts with it and see what he was doing probably wasn't legal. Add in the fact that he went through the trouble of actually making the phone number associated with the meme an actual working number and there ya go.

The guy had a decent amount of online presence. Obviously he was trying to grow it more. You draw attention to yourself, you get what you ask for. You skirt/break laws while doing so, well....

That is absolutely not what happened, and you know it. What’s more, the furor that erupted from NBSA’s requests TO Biden sent NBSA scrambling and apologizing and tucking tail.

Why do you guys do this? Make shite up to make something sound so much more worse and extreme than it is.

The Lafayette park rioters were attempting to breach the White House grounds and they would have certainly caused harm to Trump, his family, or anyone standing in their way.
