But they don't. They're in office 100% to serve themselves.

no, they are POS HR people that contribute nothing to the bottom line. They are more like actors trying to win supporters.

If by "public" you mean a very select group of large corporate interests with sizable lobby armies, then I guess so.

I don't know what state or town you live in but I bet many here would be curious of the names of your district's state rep you voted for, as well as Sen/US Rep/Gov. Only who was on your specific ballot, not states away from your sphere of life

Police
Firemen
Garbage men
Teachers

Stuff like that. Politicians definitely not

The ones in D.C.? Absolutely not.

None of them. NONE, regardless the branch of government.

State and local levels, I’m sure there’s some that function as actual public servants.
