So Deerborn, Michigan is your ideal?

Weird indeed.

Then again, you want to arm them.

This thread is about diversity though, not immigration status. Lots of legal Latino immigrant families don't fully assimilate for a few generations, like my Italian ancestors

Diversity is not the problem, per se, it’s non assimilation that’s the issue.

So let me see if I understand what you think that you wrote:

Recent public policy decisions cannot be used as a talking point concerning the push for diversity.

You don't understand what I wrote

Diversity for diversity's sake is raw stupidity. The factor in immigration that actually helps America is solely based on merit.

He said diversity. What does that mean? Diversity polices or the contributions of diverse people?

I mean, we are at an all time high GDP

There is nothing wrong with diversity - that is what makes evolution produce ever increasing levels of capabilities and compassion in the world.

What is bad is the forced diversity - where it is commanded that there be a certain proportion of every quality in every condition at every position in the USA.

If nature worked that way we'd all might have 6 legs, worm-like bodies, and live in stagnant pools of water.

What are you asking? Are you asking whether there are non-white male people in the U.S. that have contributed to our society?

Here is a question for you, has diversity itself produced anything good?

Let's look at NASA, those black mathematicians were not diverse, what they brought that was good was in alignment and solidarity to the skills and work ethic of NASA.

Music (until 1995) may be a good case.

Alan Turing liked risky Gay sex, but his sexuality was a hindrance to what he accomplished, not a benefit.

So I think the proper question is, has cultural or sexual diversity itself ever helped individuals help America?

In Art, I would say yes cultural has, sexual has not, in everything else diversity been a hindrance.

The diversity you were sold is a lie. Are diverse skills, experiences, and perspectives beneficial? Yes. Is forced race or sex preference based diversity beneficial? Obviously not.

the desire of our then political leaders to “diversify” our society starting with Hart-Cellar in 1965 (which we were specifically told would NOT significantly increase the percentage of peoples of non-European ancestry) eventually led to the legal entry into the US of these individuals:

i am of the position that their actions negated any and all societal advantages “diversity” has given the US, either before or since that fateful day

Creative record-keeping, and reduced charges to maintain the low-crime agenda help enormously.

Can someone name one aspect of diversity that has made America stronger?

Diversity for diversity's sake is utter stupidity. Diveristy that allows incompatibles to come here utter stupidity.

I do thank Castro since his regime sent most of Cuba's best chefs here.
