No he wouldn’t. Trump is going to lose in 2024 and he’ll run again in 2028

What are you saying? He has to run against Trump now because he didn’t want to run against him in 28?

On paper, the OP was 100% correct. In reality, Desantis isn’t a strong candidate and that was always going to hurt him. Aligning with the GOPe makes him a nonstarter in 28 too. And that would have happened.

Plus, his effeminate nature and weak disposition makes him an easy target for a strong opponent.

As the sitting president (after Trump steps down two years and a day into his term), Ron will easily win in 28 and 32.

2 years of Don

10 of Ron

That’s my preference.

He still can. All he has to do is support Trump 100% if he gets the nomination, which looks to be the case. It’s not too late for him.

DeSantis deserves criticism for
how this has gone down; however, in regards to your statement: Based on his background, DeSantis would whip Trump’s arse easily in a fight.

Yet, some group he commissioned and probably paid for thought he was a shoe-in for 2024.

Name the number of Republican Presidential candidates who got the nomination who had never run for President before. You can start with Nixon and count them.

I’ll hang up and listen.

You’re right about Trump losing in 2024. The Dems will have a strong younger candidate in 2028. I’m not sure what Trump will do. I seriously
doubt that Trump will be president again. Voters will be tired of the
spectacle and will vote for new blood.

Ron's tough upbringing on mean streets of Tampa and going to Yale and being a lawyer in the navy really gives him that street fighter cred/s

At least Trump attends combat sports and been a fan of boxing and mma.

He would lose to Haley in the primary or Newsome in the general. Haley wins both.

I had high hopes for him, but if he's this damn stupid, it's best that we figure that out early.

Thanks Mr. Trump! Yet again.
