Sounds an awful lot like Obama’s playbook to get into the Senate.
They got the other Dems eliminated from contention then got a friendly judge to get the GOP candidate’s divorce records unsealed against the demands of all parties involved.
IOW, all of this has happened before and all of this will happen again.

Logically, I'm with you. This seems like a joke with about as much a chance for success as Kamala has of ever making sense when she's not reading prepared notes.
But insanely stupid and corrupt has been normalized the last couple of years. In 2019, what would you have believed the chances were for a nasty virus that was hell on really old and really unwell people could crater our economy, lock people out of their businesses, churches, kids out of schools, and allow governors to tell you that you no longer have the right to say good bye to your dying parents - and this crazy bullshite would last for two years?
