Why would they? They know Republicans aren't going to pack the court, so there's nothing for them to be scared of.

I think the USSC should be an even number of judges, for reasons that I have shared here.
But regardless. Who says 9 is the magic number? Why not 99? There are hundreds of millions more people here now compared to when the US was founded.

Unlike Congress "Justice" and the judicial branch aren't tied to populations to be represented, so what would the purpose of adding additional be? Hint it's not the "millions more people"

If they get power and rig every thing (court, DC and P.R. statehood,electoral college) then commence to destroying our country with no way to stop it We will look back to the traitorous Republicans refusing to blow up the filibuster and get shite done. It's my contention that had they done that and fixed shite by the time to pick another President people would see the positive changes like in El Salvador and realize they were the problem
