The $20m in debt is probably unforgivable after having a billion in donations, but otherwise what's the complaint?
The point of campaign funds to me would seem to be spending it down to zero. If this has been close he'd bitch if she left $10m on the table.
From what I can tell it seems like she has almost too much money. They ran all the ads they could. What else could they do with it? The fact of the matter isn't the funds expended but that she couldn't sell herself and her message.

He has some obnoxious “size matters” billboards where he’s laying out with his shirt off and a fake muscled body. But he has a good point about how many ads they ran in FL. That was a gigantic waste of money.

I disagree. I want her to blow through $4 billion in donor funds next time. Rinse and repeat until they wake up and realize it's their own party (who are the baddies) as they've been fleeced.
