Why don't some people read or watch a link but just read the headline (or just jump to a conclusion)?
Regarding Delta - They are not following the mandate because they are 90% vaccinated now and expect to be at 95% vaccinated by the mandate date.
In line with other companies and completely in line with the White House policy, they expect the remaining 5% to be lawfully able to not follow the mandate due to religious exemptions, allergies to the vaccine, an autoimmune condition that prevents taking the vaccine and things like that. And those who are not vaccinate will have their salaries docked to pay for extra insurance health care charges.

You can purchase a psychology degree online for example (and an education one). I am not saying she bought her degree but it can be done, you can't buy a degree that makes you a cancer doctor or a dentist or something actually medical.

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — A rumor being spread on social media claims a Delta Airlines pilot died in-flight from a COVID-19 vaccination.
This is Fiction.
The phony story was spread by Dr. Jane Ruby, a right-wing political pundit who has made several false claims about COVID, including that vaccinations would cause more deaths than the disease. She spread the baseless pilot story on a podcast on October 11.
The FAA found no evidence such an event occurred.
Delta even put out a statement saying, in part, "Delta is aware of reports suggesting one of the airline's pilots passed away from vaccine complications while operating a flight, resulting in an emergency landing. All of these allegations are false."

Don’t forget Delta is the airline that spoke out against the NRA and criticized Georgia for their fair voting bill. The CEO Ed Bastian is a liberal piece of shite. Delta is not a good company and is only doing this to avoid losing pilots during the holiday season.

Delta is penalizing workers monetarily who aren’t vaxxed. Also new employees have to get vaxxed.
