Can 100% garuntee that’s not true. LSU’s offer was considerably higher than the other two.
"Both he and Davis are athletic lineman, they just have zero skill or understanding on how to play and use leverage."

Almost like they haven't been coached well at weak a$$ed practices.
Berry would be a freshman phenom on many teams.
Bring Kenny in and give him all the “feexins”

If Kelly is still our coach in two weeks, no way he plays MVB IMO. If by the grace of God MVB led us to a victory at Bama, Kelly would be exposed for the fruad he is.
I feel like Lane and a single Coach O would be like "two wild and crazy guys" and get hemmed up.

Not sure what’s up with him

It whats up with Kelly. I firmly believe that if he pulls Nuss, say inside the 10yrd line or on short goal to go situations, the Nuss's stats suffer and would have hurt his Heisman run. Obviously that is over now, and now I think Kelly will never put him in because if MVB does gets the offense going people will say Kelly made a mistake not doing it sooner.

yeah the coaches were bad. Imagine a loss like that now. They’d have to shut this site down.

Was there in the lower bowl. Before the last pick 6, on Third down we were screaming “run the ball”…it was unbelievable. Also our def that day was bada$$, Gabe Northern was awesome.

And yet he threw for over 300 yards and 3 touchdowns against GEORGIA as a TRUE FRESHMAN

AT Ga makes it even more impressive as a true freshman.

The fact that Kelly wont even tease Van Buren at QB JUST to force the other team to scheme, practice & worry about a running QB tells you what you need to know about Kelley "strategic thinking process" (or late thereof)

Yes, give him a series or two a game, then talk about using him more in pressers to make other team waste time in practice. That’s what an elite coach would do
Go watch the entire Miss St @ Ga game from last year. Stats don’t always paint the picture. He is more that capable and deserves a chance considering the ship is sinking.
I dont think Kelly would put him in at any point now because if he plays well it will look like Kelly waited too long to make the change.

You are more frustrated with Kelly than Curly Hallman??? No way.

Hell yes. I was at LSU during the Hallman years and it sucked, but we expected it and knew we weren’t chained to him with a crazy buyout. Dinardo actually were good fun years, barring one. But this clown show is frustrating at a new level because we have the talent and we are stuck with this fraud of a coach.

I don’t think Nuss does a good job reading the DE on the Zone plays we do run (and we run them far less now than last season). He’s gotten positive yards the few times he pulls, but it feels like he’s guessing.

I for whichever QB gives us the best chance to win it all. With Nuss continuing to make bonehead turnovers in redzone and his inability to run the Zone Read plays in this offense, I dont think we go far, even if we do get in the playoff. He could fail, but I would like to see MVB get more playing time to see if he can add that dynamic to the offense. Last night we had more success in run game and Nuss still threw 2 horrible "points off board" picks.

That’s a 15 yard flag for not knowing the difference between an RPO and a Zone Read.

Yeah, alot of people think that the QB can pull the read and run, but in the RPO its hand it our throw behind the LB...BUT...In a great offense you can have elements of both the RPO and Zone Read. I believe Nuss could actually do it, but until last night he doesnt have the "will" to do it.

I actually think at this point hes just not good at reading it. I'm also starting to believe some of the problems are that he audibles into plays that he feels more comfortable with, rather than running the called plays way too often.

Actually he didnt read it at all, he guessed, he predetermined that he was going to that route. He does this often and gets away with it, when its completed its hard to recognize it.
