I missed that detail. I saw where he had his hand in the bag, but did not see that his had was necessarily on the knife. Was the testimony that he pulled the knife out before Austin pushed him, which would have made Karmelo the aggressor since he pulled out a weapon before any contact???

One kid testified that they could see the vein in KA's arm bulge while his hand was in the backpack. This kid, I believe, told Austin not to touch him- only one kid testified that detail.

The most testified congruence is that the knife was pulled and pushed in TANDEM with Austin pushing Stabby's shoulder.

That was quick. I guess we need an entire summer of “social unrest.”

We do have elections coming up that Democrats are desperate to win to recapture some of the power they've lost in federal government over the last year or two. So, I would count on another Summer of Love to some extent.

That goal is a fairly specific goal. I wonder if the parents have a couple of houses they are interested in or if it's some number of hellcats.

In a fair world the correct punishment would be for someone to plunge a knife into his chest. In the exact same place, to the exact same depth.
Ill never not believe that if people who committed crimes of violence would have the exact same thing inflicted upon them we would be in a better place as a society.

The area is known to have a lot of Indians but don’t they have to be citizens?

I've heard is the two attorneys are very top notch and capable.

I could stab Powerman on live TV during the Super Bowl and Jake and Boozie would’ve put on a better case than these two.

They quit midtrial.

Premeditated murder. Anthony went looking for a confrontation and Austin Metcalf stepped up to confront him.

Metcalf's coach left Metcalf in charge of that tent. Most likely, the personal belongs of Metcalf's fellow athletes was in gym bags. Metcalf did what he was supposed to do when Anthony refused to leave. According to the report I read, Anthony was told to leave fifteen times. Anthony refused because it's clear he was looking to cause an incident.

I'll say it - Anthony deserves the death penalty, but most likely he'll get a prison sentence with an early release 5 - 10 years down the road. That's if the jury is not threatened to the point they vote to acquit the thug. This senseless violence has gotten out of hand. When will the black community ever let go of that slavery - racism thing?

Karmelo is cooked. It's just a matter of how much time that he is going to get. I personally hope that he gets life in prison. Whats the overunder that he cries when he is found guilty?

#KarmeloAnthonyTrial Defense Witness 6 just committed to play for LSU. He says he saw a kid (Karmelo Anthony) get pushed or hit. He says people then started screaming saying “he just stabbed him and took off and ran”.

I saw a kid from Frisco committed. But was a different high school from not Metcalf and Anthony’s.
