Why?
This sounds like your classic dishonest content creators proliferating LARP material

The defense didn’t have any expert witnesses like a psychologist to try and explain Karmelos state of mind best I can tell.
Just a coach, cop, and 3 students. The prosecution impeached them all a new a-hole.
I don’t understand them not begging for a plea to begin with. But that would’ve killed his appeal options.

And just a handful of protestors? Post multiple trials?

How do you even know this?
There were a few reporters, journalists and a retired stenographer allowed in the courtroom. Some had tweeting privileges, others could only take notes and report later.
I believe CBS has a rough transcript.

Are you voting against Graham in SC?
Yes.
I'm voting Lynch tomorrow- we missed early voting.

I doubt this would be admissible for a few reasons. That's beyond speculative.

It's a really bad case for the defense.

That may not have been an option. This is a "headline" case that is also incredibly strong for the prosecution.

My disgust was not targeted at you. I detected the disdain in your text. The only hope for the defense is that the Judge allows him to use it in arguments over the sentencing when he has to pitch Anthony as a fine upstanding student momentarily under the spell of the white devil!
It's going to be interesting to see this... I hope there is the same type of coverage as there was for the trial part.

No you a-hole I am suggesting that a multiple trial outcome will result in riots
Ffs you are a insufferable cocksucker.

It was 4 or less kids... at least one of which was the impeached witness- his police report interview said one thing, but upon viewing the video at the behest of the cross had to admit he was incorrect.
Was that the guy that gave his accounts of what happened to the detective, but it was determined from other video evidence that when Karmelo stabbed Austin, he was in the middle of the field and was actually looking the other way and did not turn around until after the stabbing when Karmelo started backing away and tried to jog off.

a. Where in your prior posts did you reference riots?
b. If this trial doesn't do that, why would more change anything? The more times we hear how shitty his excuses/defenses are, I imagine his support will decline.

Lol you think that a certain demographic wouldn't look at another trial or two as a witch hunt?

Nobody's going to riot over this little thug.
Also there's no ambiguity in his guilt. He's a murdering ghetto punk and everyone knows it. ...white and black.

I don't think this is true... there was a juror breakdown last week and it was diverse but plenty of white people too.
One lady in a hijab was the only standout I saw.

Yes.
I don't know if he was meaning to lie, exactly... There was nothing going on and everything all at once- sometimes the brain fills in details for you.
But yeah, he was pretty well smoked.

They've been reduced to bullhorns and boycotting asians... their peak is over.

he had a folding knife ready in his hands as Metcalf stood near him to push him.
I missed that detail. I saw where he had his hand in the bag, but did not see that his had was necessarily on the knife. Was the testimony that he pulled the knife out before Austin pushed him, which would have made Karmelo the aggressor since he pulled out a weapon before any contact???
