There will be of course immunity for manufacturers who exclusively sell to military and firms providing protection for elite members of politburo.

The SCOTUS will bust that prick's bubble...it's just a political ploy for some "positive" press. They know that the Court won't allow this.

When Gun Manufacturer produced that gun in FL that was used to murder 5 people in NY, was it reasonable to assume that some of their guns would find their way to NY?

Certainly but they played no part in selling the firearm there OR transporting it there... Since they are no longer selling in NY, one would assume they would not be advertising either...

And by the way this is rich coming from Andrew Cuomo of all people. Andrew Cuomo has murdered more New Yorkers than total gun deaths in New York for the past two decades combined. He’s responsible for 5 times the amount of New Yorker deaths than Osama Bin Laden.

Shouldn't Cuomo be raping someone?

When does he go to jail anyway?

Absolutely.

That’s the marketing aspect: who they are selling to. Are they marketing to the right purchasers? Hint: it ain’t you.

So should car manufacturers be liable because their commercials encourage me to drive fast? I drank a case of beer because the commercial said I would be surrounded by beautiful laughing women.

Where does it end?

Is is legislation or an executive order? Is there a difference these days? Are legislatures now moot?

Meanwhile, back in Louisiana, Gordon McKernan is on the phone with JBE wanting to add guns, cars, knives, and drugs to the list for public nuisance. He's about to get paid!

Won’t matter.

If they are making and selling guns and they know some of those guns will end up in NY, that’s enough.

Like a car. Doesn’t matter if Death Car doesn’t have a factory or a dealer in NY or doesn’t runs ads in NY. If Death Car knows some of their cars are going to end up in NY, the court will intend to reach Death Car.

Agreed, but much like Chicago, with it's very restrictive gun laws, there will still be multiple people shot every week there. The logic that alludes the liberal-leftist is, someone willing to commit murder does not care if they are breaking a gun law.

Never.

I expect him to get another award at some point.

I heard on FOX this morning that this new "law" will be under the auspices of the health department - the same health department responsible for the handling of the pandemic in NY.

Now what in Sam Hill could go wrong here you reckon?

Does it say Executive order was signed? I thought it said legislation? Wouldn't that mean the state house passed legislative law for him to sign?
