Cuomo is playing the demprog shell game where he hides demprog foolish crime fostering policies under gun control shells.

El Paso TX and Juarez MX are a classic example of "gun control as a solution." Mexico has a virtual ban on civilian guns, yet Juarez has a homicide rate well over the 130/100,000 range (that we know of). El Paso is literally made up of the same ethnic set as Juarez, but has Texas gun freedoms and a homicide rate typically in 2/100,000 range. It is literally the same city divided only by the Rio Grand and government policies.

Free armed people, a functioning criminal justice system and minimal corruption keeps people safe. Cuomo is too dumb to realize that as he does the dem fan dance on guns.

We here in Alabama will welcome these manufacturers with open arms as they fight and win against Cuomo's unconstitutional nonsense.

Is it really a war if one side doesn't bother to fight anything?

Wait until August. CRT will be the big catalyst. Revolutions begin when Moms snap. Now that they no longer have the Orange Man to blame, people are going to have no one to blame but the teachers and the media.

This will set precedent to sue GM if a car is involved in an accident, what could go wrong with this plan. These people are idiots!

Gotta be honest, from a legal standpoint this is absolute fricking nonsense.

It’s not liked here are ads for guns on TV with teenagers in trench coats mowing down their classmates or drive by shooting. Can they slap a “shoot responsibly” at the end and avoid any issues like alcohol companies?

How is the gun manufacturer more liable than person who created and raised the one pulling the trigger, if this logic made sense in the first place of course

Even more, how is the gun manufacturer responsible for their guns being sold illegally to people who couldn’t get them through legal means?

So I can sue a cattle rancher when I choke on a piece of steak?

Can I sue egg farmers because my cholesterol is out of whack?

Can I sue Apple because my dumb brother died while taking a selfie with one of their phones?

Where the hell will this end?

I've never seen a gun ad endorsing murder. Now movies, I've seen a lot of movies that endorse murder. Maybe we should expand these public nuisance laws.

Let's pass a law here in Alabama holding criminal defense attorneys and judges liable when they turn loose bad guys that then go on to commit crimes, and let's extend this to New York State.
