India and China share a border, but that border is the Himalayas, the tallest mountain range in the world. Needless to say the plateau on the Chinese side of the border (Tibet) is pretty desolate, and there's hardly any people crossing the land border between those two countries.

A few years back, this would be implausible; no more. Hell, evidence is just coming out that China is indeed preparing Bio Weaponry for a coming WWIII scenario. Congress has that info, and are being pushed by some to release it. You can damn well bet that Biden is resisting release...and we know why.
It's all coming out in the wash. Just a matter of how soon the 'wash' cycle begins.
