Well, the news has had quite the history of giving us essentially fake stories about
-Mobile morgues to handle the dead (empty)
-Frozen trucks to handle the dead
-Packed hospitals (that were visited and empty)
-Hospital overflow tents in parking lots (often empty)

This is probably real news, since this is a country that is just now overcoming its open defecation issues, but I'm still having trouble believing the news.
