We lost like 10 or 15 aircraft the first few days of Desert Storm if I recall correctly. Which was the last time we sent aircraft against an air defense system with a pulse. Yeah we’re still light years better than everyone else but even we would be taking casualties in a conflict like this. And Pak/India are pretty evenly matched I would presume.

We havent had to do an OP like this in ages.
The past few years we got to see Russian planes try against Ukraine with EU/US air defense (failed, they never established air superiority), we saw Israel (with US planes) hit Iran (russian anti air systems) with 0 losses, and now we get to see Chinese vs French (early but looks like good news for Chyna)
US arm export business should be booming.

Its common knowledge Israel took out Iran's air defense. Why do you think they are willing to negotiate with Trump all of a sudden (who they tried to take out the past couple years)? They are exposed

I wish schools taught about the islamic conquests. Invaded central asia, persia, india, asia minor, the east europe, all of north africa and the sahara, iberia, into France and Austria
But yet, the only "colonizers" you ever hear about are the Spanish, British and French.

Both nations have legit militaries. There will be casualties
It seems a big deal to us because we are used to dominating from the air and sea with hardly no casualties. But that’s because we are still far and above everyone else.
If this war turns into a legit war and not just some bombing runs, it will get ugly and casualties will go in the 7 figure range

And we're trying like mad to bring these same folks into this country for the abilities and expertise that supposedly Americans don't have.
