He said the opposite of wishing Hasan would die. He said “I hope your beeper DOESN’T go off.” That’s clearly hoping that Hasan lives.

This was great. Not sure who the beeper comment guy was, but he doesn’t seem to be of the necessary conservative persuasion anyway. That comment was probably the most alpha thing he’s ever done.

And look at the headline on the bottom. Trying to limit fallout from "Vile Rally." Who says it's vile? Is that CNN's take? Just leave synonyms that denote things out completely unless the point is not debatable. That's the problem with the media in a nutshell

I saw the same thing, and did an internet search for vile rally. News articles from USA Today, MSN, Yahoo all appeared with “vile” in their stories. frick the media
