Greatest sporting event I got to attend live

I was there as well. I could feel something otherworldly in the air that night, it is very hard to explain.

I remember telling my girlfriend in the middle of the race “you know who’s gonna win tonight, don’t you?” Seeing Junior making the pass for the lead is in my top 5 sport things I’ve seen live for sure.

Had a unique for me pasta dish last night (our last night in Napoli). Place was jam packed with locals. The sauge had datterino tomatos which had a sweetish flavor, along with chilis and parmesano reggiano.

The octopus ragu bruschetta appetizer was otherworldly flavorful.

BC Miami 1984. Not just the Flutie Hail Mary but that game was a barnburner

Spent last night in Naples. Had some of the best fried anchovies I’ve ever had and I’ve had them all over Italy.

I do agree though in that the pasta does get repetitive the longer you stay here.

Maybe they should stay out of the road? Just a hypothesis.

Or learn that the thick white lines in the middle of the road designate an appropriate place to cross
I’ve been to both, enjoyed both, but if I could only go to one more MLB game in my life, it would be a sunny summer Saturday in Wrigley

Now a best of 3 and Canes have home ice advantage.

I’ve never really liked to swim to begin with, but two events within the span of a year really made me think about getting in the water other than to get wet to cool off.

Went to the Keys and walked that old bridge to Pigeon Key next to the Seven Mile Bridge. Looking down you could see a shite ton of sharks, some close to the shore. Next summer I was surf fishing in a different part of Florida, standing calf deep in clear water. Caught some sort of small shark. Freaked me out.

Demand for tickets in Raleigh is insane. Get in price Tuesday is $1000 (I’m sure it will come down Tuesday afternoon, but not sure how much).

The current cheapest ticket is my section for a potential game 7 is $6K, which is about what I pay for per seat for season tickets.

ECF winner will have home ice advantage in the final.

Still a little shocked the Avalanche got swept.

Dobeš should have had a delay of game called on him.

Right before they neutered Miller, they missed a high stick on Carrier
In early 1990s I had it. Triggers were cheap red wine, stress, and the ex, in no particular order. Once my doc said to shite in a box and bring it in, it magically disappeared.

However I ended up with severe Crohn’s a little over 25:years later, brought on by work stress. I was 49 and in the best physical shape of my life at the time when it happened.

Since I am super high risk for colon cancer, I get a yearly colonoscopy. If your doc suggests it, do it.

Any corn product kills my gut. See what hurts you and avoid it.
