The program director finally toned down his DEI BS. But look at the others. Their interests are not in “stroke” or “cardiovascular” or “infection.”
They are in “social” and “DEI” and “women in medicine.”
Your tax dollars folks
LINK
And here are the 1st year residents, complete with pronouns

Can some leftist explain what health equity is?

People wonder why the trust in the medical field is so low

It’s where everyone, regardless of race, gender or background can get the same, shitty care

“Street medicine”, as well.
Thought the streets had a fairly reliable supply chain already.

Get the government out of medicine. The old family doctor, some worked out of their own home or made house calls shall return one day.

Get yourself healthy and stay healthy.

I wouldn’t think that it would be necessary for any of them to note that they are interested in emergency medicine, considering the obvious.

I like the private membership model for primary care.
I pay x per month to have access to my doctor. If someone is rude he fires the patient and allows another member to join.

Would you trust medical advice from a morbidly obese person?

And this bitch has a wife and son and is clearly ate up with the alphabet life. That poor son.

Mary Ann Difranco comes to us from rural north Louisiana. She is a graduate of LSU School of Medicine and completed residency at our own LSU residency where she was chief resident. After spending a year and a half out in the wild (community and rural ED’s), she joined our faculty in 2020. During her time in residency and now as faculty she has had an interest in Women in EM, first starting the group and now serving as faculty advisor for our own WIEM group. As APD her responsibilities include serving as intern advisor and working with leadership on conference and curriculum development. Her hobbies include fighting the ravages of time with exercise, drinking nice scotch, and generally spending as much time with her awesome family (wife Cami, son Ripley, and the Shaggy Dog) as possible either around New Orleans or at their camp.

The vast majority have “Social Emergency Medicine “ as their focus. I wouldn’t trust my life to any of these people.

That collection of residents. Damn. SMH.

It's when everyone automatically gets their gall bladder removed first thing when anyone complains of any pain in their abdomen.

100%
Think about the most expensive things in society. Healthcare, energy, education, insurance.
What do they have in common? All heavily subsidized, taxed and controlled by government.

Because black people are more obese and have poorer health outcomes, this is automatically because of "racism," and needs to be remedied via leftist Democrat "health equity" policy... Not remedied simply by black people making better personal choices like eating better, exercising more, drinking and smoking less, going in for preventative check-ups etc. Nope. It is ONLY because whitey is rayciss.
