Nothing to do with professional development.
“Trainings” are called PD. I’m genuinely surprised you aren’t familiar with that term.

If you documented it and sued he would be fired and you would make a lot of money.
If I made an allegation that he denied, I would make a lot of money? I’d get dragged through the mud and wouldn’t be able to prove it anyway. Then I’d be known as an employee that causes trouble. It would not end well for me. Women have to put up with lots of bullshite like this.

Those are different when they are things like ethics. Professional development in tech is certifications or other skillset enhancements.
I suspect the government does their own thing with their own language.

Not the world I live in.
I've seen guys in deep trouble over a complaint.
One woman used it to springboard her career.
Then again blue state tech.
I will tell you this, every male groper, gropes many women. If you find out who else he is groping and you all complain he is gone.

It’s all PD. I have a partnership with Apple (one of their VPs is from New Orleans) and they call their technical trainings “Professional Learning Communities” or something like that.

I don’t feel called to fight this battle. I like to keep a low profile.
New Orleans is extremely small. I run into him outside of work periodically and he never gets handsy. Only does it at work. He insists on greeting me with a kiss on the cheek. When he leans in, he runs his hand from my rib cage to my hip. I don’t even know if that’s groping but it’s a little too intimate for my comfort level.
He’s C-Suite. I’m not one of his direct reports but I did ask some of his female direct reports if he kisses them on the cheek when he greets them and they were horrified at the suggestion. He doesn’t do it to anyone else at my office. It’s just weird. It’s not something that keeps me up at night though.

We have doctors who don’t know what a woman is and are spreading the gospel of woke at a public institution. Of course you think that’s just wonderful.

For you, it probably isn’t.
For those worried about systemic racism, it is. DEI is rooted in discrimination.

I mean, it seems like only a thing if you want to get your panties in a wad. There honestly isn't anything even notable about this.

It's quite a curious list.
But it matches with human experience where some degrees lead to rocket science, and others lead to filling out forms for the homeless.
It's quite obvious that people with low mental agility are as a whole drawn to different degrees than people with higher mental agility.

Yes, for people who work in healthcare and actually deal with residents and patients, it isn't a big deal.

There are several things that are idiotic about it.

I can easily avoid
This is doing a TON of lifting for you.
Let me just call up my health plan & tell them I'm going out of network. Oh, it's 10x more expensive, I can easily avoid that.
Or I could easily avoid that Dr. by getting a whole new job & waiting 30 days for the new insurance with its new physician network to kick in.
Or I could easily avoid a specialist who's the only person within 50 miles with their medical knowledge because I don't live in a bigger city.
Where's the sympathy for folks in these situations?? That's the vast majority of rural America

As my very intelligent educated conservative dad always told me, “don’t confuse education with intelligence”. The same can be said for so called “well read” people who pollute their mind with nonsensical literature and liberal propaganda.
Well said, without intelligence, all that "education" leads to people presenting the equivalent of highly polished turds for arguments

Look if you aren't intelligent enough to actually respond with data then I guess what you have left is vague "This must not be right" claims.
Probably says something about you...
I posted my sources, Tablet is rather reputable, rather high IQ Jewish people run it...
Is that a problem?
Do you think getting a college degree in social work means you are intelligent?

Look at the content of the list itself. What is 'other humanities and art' exactly? Furthermore, the notion that these graduates, some of which are quite silly degrees, are all nearly 1 standard deviation from the median, with several being at the cusp of MENSA membership, is not something that I can believe without stronger evidence.

Do you understand what IQ scores represent? Because the entirety of the list you posted suggests all those degrees are above the median, and every degree with a score above 112 or so being one standard deviation above the norm. It doesn't seem like you understand what a natural distribution is.

Maybe idk. These two guys, Rich and Don, fly in every few months and put on trainings for a cohort of organizations.
