Why does the poli board hate books and the people who read them so much?
Being able to recognize and pronounce a word and being able to comprehend a group of words, in the correct context, are not the same.

Why does the poliboard hate books?
It’s not about hating books. We have been through the liberal gauntlet of “higher education”. We have been bombarded by white man bad. Liberals suck as bosses. People ask how medicine got so bad. One word-liberals. They ruined.

Concierge doctors.
Friend of ours is one at UAB. It’s $3000/year to join, but they have limited spots.
Really not a bad deal to have basically a personal doctor who you can see on a whim, without long waits, and without the dregs of society filling the office.

Bc these aren’t random people. These are literally doctors
Doctors are people. Do you not have doctor friends or relatives? They are just people like anyone else. People you can easily avoid.
I live and work in the same zip code as the medical school and have never encountered these people.

White collar workers have been bombed by DEI for years now.
HR has gone all in on promote diversity, which usually means white women.
There were trainings, actual quotas for females in leadership.
If you didn't know that, you actively avoided it.
Which is all illegal now thanks to SCOTUS.
In summary there were many educated people we met who wanted to fix society by declaring white men needed to be less represented in leadership. (Asian men were also equally non grata in my company's policy)

I worked closely with St. Tammany Parish Hospital on some projects. They even have a large segment of this crap. They aren’t nearly as bad but it’s there and in your face from those who believe this crap.

It's a good system if you are relatively healthy and don't have to go more than 3-4 times a year. It's a good deal for those that cannot afford the monthly nut that insurance charges.

In my experience, their book smarts are overrated as well
That reminded me of an excellent article about midwits.
https://www.tabletmag.com/sections/news/articles/rule-of-midwits
One big takeaway is that IQ range is very predictable by degree.
Social work falls at about the average intelligence for a white American, and below the average intelligence for a white American who has a HS diploma.
Educated midwits.
For non college degree these lower tier majors overlap with blue collar jobs like electrician (110), Engineering Technician (105) Aircraft Mechanic (104) Plumber (103), Automotive Technician (101).
Just more evidence of equivalent IQ people taking different paths, males taking a higher earning path for non college and females taking the lower earning college path.
Of course then voting Hard Red and Hard Blue respectively.

Or maybe your alleged personal experience isn’t the same experience most people have had at work.
I basically work in law enforcement. We have had zero DEI type trainings in the 4 years I’ve worked at my job. But I’ve certainly been touched inappropriately by high ranking officials there. It’s funny the complaints we have about working. You’re whining about a PD and I’m just continuing to work normally knowing some men will be handsy with me when they see me.

Look, I'm not the one with a years long history of dishonesty here.

Has documented exactly my experience across many companies.
As a beneficiary of this I'm sure you refuse to acknowledge your privilege.

Don't be part of the problem, report it.

1. What's a PD.
2. If people are not being promoted because of race and sex, thats illegal.
3. Aren't you just whining about this? It's assault so go report it.

Yes blame me for not wanting to jeopardize my employment because men can’t keep their hands to themselves.

I would get fired and that wouldn’t erase him touching me inappropriately anyway.

What a fruit he is.
Ever since this has been brought up, he over compensates.
Has anyone noticed that we get a new layer of backstory every thread?
Today he revealed his zip code? Again, what a fruit.

Nothing to do with professional development.

There were many complaints made, I'm in a pure technical role, DEI people don't target those roles, so I have no standing.
That said after scotus they did drop those explicit policies. Companies fear the law.

If you documented it and sued he would be fired and you would make a lot of money.

It's evidence that pay is 100% tied to skills and not education.
Same IQ, less education, more in demand skill higher pay.
Yea thats exactly what that shows.
Don't be mad that colleges arent teaching valuable skills to midwits.
