I looked it up, here's the clip... the comment about weaponized narcissism is near the end and was not calling the girl narcissistic- it, in fact, was a very respectful debate.

They’ve been conditioned to believe that anything they disagree with is hate speech. They believe words and ideas are literal violence, and people like Kirk make them “unsafe”.
They’ve been radicalized against people that disagree with them through caustic rhetoric like comparing others to murderous Nazis, fascists, and racists.
They see their leaders call for opposition candidates to be silenced and jailed at any cost… that democracy itself and “millions of lives” are at stake!
They’ve been told that this nation was founded by unscrupulous white slavers who built a civilization illicitly off the scarred backs of tortured negros who they’d ultimately hang to death once the work was finished. And they’ve been assured, by esteemed academics, that this hatred will forever live inside all whites, as an irredeemable birthright that poisons their minds with incurable hatred.
So you see how someone on the left might think the gloves are off. You see how young people, especially the mentally unwell, are willing to be martyrs for this holy war they believe they are fighting. It all makes sense through the lens of the radicalized young leftist. They are just taking the words of their leaders and media propagandists at face value.
