allow me to propose concept of government rewarding legitimate USA citizen with food assistance for each illegal alien non citizen removed from program. this should shift perspective toward an eagerness of removing the illegal aliens !
president (KING) TRUMP should have department of agriculture ready to announce and restore benefits immediately upon announcement of program.
this would have USA citizens cheering if not proactively reporting illegal alien non citizens for the direct restoration of benefits to reporter with a bonus entitlement of benefits !

•must operate with remote id , basically tattle tale that reports specifics with this exception no remote id required for research flights in qualified geography (so if drone is flying in questionable area it should be telling on its self and thus can be considered hostile or unauthorized !
•drone operators must have line of sight (thus look for guy with controller in hands) then proceed with interrogation

and for good measure start asking surrounding crowd for id , birds of a feather flock together so likely others with suspect are equally guilty and if they antagonizing that creates just cause at a minimum of obstruction of justice haul them in also . this would fill the county haul transport bus !
