The mindset of these people baffles me. You can't run your business without illegals? Then you don't have a viable business. What other laws is it ok to ignore so you can stay in business? Please, someone tell me. Thing is, if this guy is hiring illegals, it's highly likely he's breaking a bunch of other laws as well. The Health Dept should pay him a visit.
