So what should the penalty be for Texas fan behavior

I figure the SEC office will impose so sort of fine. But, since it resulted in a call being changed I would think the punishment should be something like the following.
Loss of some number of conference home games for 2 years minimum or until Texas fans can learn to behave. (may never occur)

Except by the way the rule is written it was targeting. The player "launched" and contact was with the "head or neck area"....

I don't know about that. Milroe played terrible today. He missed enough wide open receivers for an entire season. And Bama's o-line looked woefully athletically deficient....
