Another election to watch is Fleming in Louisiana, if he wins this from grassroots vs big money it could set a standard for future elections

I voted for Fleming and will again, but my gut is telling me he doesn’t have much of a chance.

Somebody needs to get him in touch with Bill Cassidy, and see how Cassidy’s reelection went.

I don’t know either one. I’m trusting you Tigahs to make the right choice. Unlike our brethren in South Carolina that keep sending Ms. Graham back to DC.

We don't have any good choices. Well I say that. Anyone worthy of a vote is unknown and will not even approach double digits.

For example if I ran I would vote what is best. Always. Can't be bought. And I wouldn't garner 1% because when the average voter steps into the booth they will see my name for the first time.

You can't run ads without money. And you can't get money unless you are a sell out.

Seriously, this may move the needle bit.

It would be nice if one of the state politicians pushing this could become a threat/alternative to primary the Viking.

This really doesn’t hurt him for the mean time, but to have censure from the home state is a bad sign for his reelection in a few years.

Isn’t ‘censure’ another work for “we ain’t gonna do shite?”

I hope the paper they use to print it out is made by Charmin, so it doesn't chap his arse when he uses it.

This is a perfect example of why the 17th Amendment should be repealed.

Same people who complain about the deep state want the entrenched political establishment to be the sole decision makers for national senators.

Makes sense.

That’s encouraging, but I’m very cynical about polls in general.

What this is is his home state telling him in no uncertain terms that this is his last term in office.
Utah's GOP did the same to Mitt Romney. In fact, they did everything they could to try to figure out how to recall him. Best they could do was censure him and it failed in a vote of like 700 for vs 750 against, but other Utah GOP groups DID censure him.

Thune is a pathetic, spineless RINO.

I want him out as much as I wanted Romney gone.

Cassidy had to have senators hold him off against Trump and USSS moved.

I’m sure he is shaking in his gay dress shoes about this meaningless measure. Unless you are impeaching him he isn’t worried

Let's just pretend

If and I say we are pretending If Thune lost his speaker position, who would be the next best option to replace him?
