I do not support and am not advocating taking away anyone's weapons.

Don't confuse my skepticism of elementary teachers carrying in the classroom as a solution with supporting gun control measures. I just don't see how you could run the risk of a classroom full of kids figuring out a way to play with it. I agree there should be guns in schools, just maybe not the classroom teachers themselves (at the elementary level).

1. Yes, it is indeed my "right to own a god damned arsenal of military-grade weapons". None of my "god-damned military-grade weapons" were used in this tragedy. So frick you for trying to penalize me for the crime of another.

2. The "god-damned military-grade weapons" didn't just wake up, go for a walk, stroll into a school and kill over a dozen kids, a piece of shite did. The weapon was merely a tool and tools are neither good nor evil, the intent of the person using them is.



3. Even if the 2nd Amendment were repealed tomorrow, criminals would still get firearms. Making them illegal just means disarming everyone, making EVERYONE as vulnerable as the kids in the elementary school. The school is undoubtedly a "gun-free zone". How well did that work?
