If it doesn't apply to Congress as well, then this whole mandate is a hoax. Just my opinion.

What do you mean by hoax? That it'll never be implemented?

Is there anything tied in with the 100 employee stipulation. Seems like an undue burden on some and not others.

Goes to show you its all theater... Covid doesn't impact companies with less than 100 people

Not that I've read in the official language. It seems like an arbitrary number.

What I'm saying is could a court strike it down? A company with 110 employees is forced into this and a company in the exact same industry, space, with 99 employees is not. Seems like an unfair burden.

Mike Judge skewered the shite out of this kind of thing about 30 years ago on King Of The Hill by covering the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Spoiler - The problem resolved when Hank quit and dropped Strickland Propane under the threshold of employment that put them under ADA.

About 80% of businesses w/ more than 100 employees and 99% that do business with the gov’t are good with the mandate.

bullshite

Every company I know is freaking out about it cause they’ll lose 20-50% of their employees and there’s nobody to replace them. It will make supply chain issues way worse and many businesses will close

Its common knowledge that you vote democrat if you like people who never owned a business making rules for business owners.

There will be way more penalties for you in the near future, because they like/love to impose them when they can.

I really don't understand the 100 employee rule.

Just like the tens of thousands of illegals streaming across the southern border without any checks, how does that make any sense at all?

If I work in a tiny office with 5 other people, how am I any less vulnerable to getting the WuFlu?

That will certainly be one of the principle arguments made by people opposing the rule when it comes out.

umm, I hope everyone realizes that OSHA does not have the authority mandate anything.

A year ago I would have told you that the CDC didn’t have the authority to stop evictions.

There are still a lot of people working from home, like myself. If this is truly for health reasons, why should a company have to care about employees that don't even come in to the office? If they require testing, what happens if I get a positive test? I can't come to work? WTF?

I think we know this has nothing to do with health.

We are living in absolutely bizarre and unprecedented days. They are going to take away our livings because we refuse a vaccine we don’t need for a virus that we don’t fear, a virus against which the vaccine does not offer full protection.
Wtf is going on

Forcing this is a loser for them in public opinion and in court.

Unless they no longer fear losing.

For some reason that may or may not be alleged voter fraud, but until proven and accepted in the court of the main stream media will remain a "vast rightwing conspiracy theory" and reported as such on a mass grand global scale.

Once this becomes an OSHA rule, the employer becomes responsible for any and all effects on employees, including workers compensation responding to any injury and lost time/wages from mandating employees take the vaccine, temporary/permanent disability and death.

fricking Covid is over, combined with the shitty vaccine and people who have had it we are well past herd immunity.

This makes me livid
